These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Fanta55 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Fanta55 online gaming platform available at https://fanta55.cam and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

Fanta55 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated primarily for the Malaysian market. Our Services include, but are not limited to, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other sporting events), live casino games, slot games, instant games, crash games, and virtual sports.

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Fanta55 Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in their entirety; (b) you fully understand and accept all provisions contained herein; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Fanta55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Fanta55 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all users. This is not simply a regulatory formality — it reflects our genuine commitment to responsible gambling and the protection of young people. Age verification will be requested as part of the KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal guardianship, mental incapacity, or other condition that affects your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Services.
3. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by Fanta55 or any linked responsible gambling scheme. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
4. No Prior Permanent Bans: Your Account must not have been previously permanently closed by Fanta55 for fraud, collusion, terms violations, or other prohibited conduct.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information provided by you must be truthful, accurate, and complete. The name registered on your Account must match the name on your government-issued identification document and your nominated withdrawal payment method.
6. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or dormant Account on the Fanta55 Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only. Fanta55 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and void any transactions associated with the duplicate.

To access the full range of Services offered by Fanta55, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration requires you to provide, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile telephone number, and a chosen username and password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Fanta55 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

All Account balances are denominated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin) are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is credited to your Account. The exchange rate applied is determined by Fanta55 and will be displayed to you prior to confirmation of any cryptocurrency deposit.

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Fanta55 reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts as specified in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied. Any remaining Account balance after the applicable fee may be withdrawn upon Account reactivation by completing the standard KYC verification process.

In accordance with our licensing obligations and internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies, Fanta55 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification is a one-time process per Account.

To complete KYC verification, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Primary Identification: A clear scan or photograph of a valid Malaysian MyKad (national identity card), passport, or driving licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (dated within the last three months) showing your full name and residential address in Malaysia.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet profile or a bank statement for FPX bank account used).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, Fanta55 may request documentation regarding your source of funds. This is a regulatory requirement applicable to higher-value accounts.

Fanta55 is committed to processing KYC documents within 24 hours of receipt during business hours. Players who have submitted complete and clear documentation can expect withdrawal requests to be processed without further identity-related delays once verification is confirmed.

Fanta55 supports a range of deposit methods specifically selected to serve Malaysian players. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not belong to you — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and may trigger an account review.

• e-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit MYR 30, processing time instant.
• Bank Transfer via FPX / DuitNow: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank — minimum deposit MYR 50, processing time 5–10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC) — minimum deposit USDT 50 equivalent, processing time 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
• Cash Deposit: 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosk — minimum deposit MYR 30, maximum MYR 1,000 per transaction, processing time 5–15 minutes.

Standard maximum deposit limits are MYR 10,000 per transaction for e-wallets and MYR 500,000 per transaction for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits have no maximum transaction limit imposed by Fanta55, though individual blockchain and wallet limits may apply. Higher individual limits may be available for VIP account holders subject to separate agreement.

Fanta55 does not charge any platform-level fee for deposits via e-wallet or bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits incur standard blockchain network fees, which are borne by the depositing player. 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits may incur a small handling fee of MYR 1–2 per transaction applied by the 7-Eleven CLiQQ system. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

Fanta55 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the Platform.

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Players who have not yet submitted and received confirmation of their KYC documents will be prompted to do so upon submitting a withdrawal request.
2. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the Account holder. Fanta55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to an Account, withdrawals from the Account may be subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirements before Real-Money Funds equivalent to the bonus amount can be released.
4. A minimum withdrawal amount of MYR 50 applies to all withdrawal requests.
5. Fanta55 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for accounts with unusual activity patterns, as part of our AML obligations.

• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX / DuitNow): 30–60 minutes for verified accounts, subject to receiving bank processing.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20, BTC): 1–3 hours subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.

Processing times quoted above are for verified accounts under normal operational conditions. During periods of high withdrawal volume or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours. Fanta55 will communicate any significant delays via the live chat and email support channels.

Fanta55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

1. Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have fully completed the registration process and meet all eligibility criteria under Section 3.
2. Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts, addresses, or payment methods will constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
3. Fanta55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations to provide notice.
4. Any bonus suspected of being claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or manipulation of the bonus system, will be voided. Fanta55's decision in such matters is final.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide: the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement; the 100% Standard Bonus carries a 10x requirement; the 188% Esports Bonus carries an 18x requirement; and the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus carries a 0x wagering requirement.

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per single spin or wager is MYR 50, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bets exceeding the maximum threshold.

• Slot games: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10–20% contribution, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Sports betting: Contribution rate varies by promotion; minimum odds requirements may apply.
• Crash games and instant games: Contribution rate as specified in individual promotion terms, typically 50–100%.

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard expiry windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and pending wagering obligations are forfeited without compensation.

All bets and wagers placed on the Fanta55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit function for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome of a game or sporting event, Fanta55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts.
• Fanta55 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Where an obvious pricing error occurs in odds or game parameters, Fanta55 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the bets have been settled.
• All live sports betting odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.

Fanta55 takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously and is committed to providing tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity in a safe and controlled manner. The following provisions reflect our commitment and set out the responsibilities of both the Company and its players.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their gambling activity remains within their personal financial means and does not adversely affect their wellbeing or that of those around them. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income, financial strategy, or a means to recover financial losses.

Fanta55 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts reminding you of the duration of your current gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all Fanta55 Services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. All marketing communications will be stopped immediately upon activation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fanta55 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during the use of the Services.
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any manner designed to launder, conceal, or disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal means.
3. Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multiple accounts, fake identities, coordinated play patterns, or any other method designed to extract bonus value in a manner not intended by the promotion terms.
4. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
5. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
6. Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies in odds across different markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's commercial terms.
7. Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Fanta55 Platform.
8. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems.

All content on the Fanta55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and user interface designs — is the property of Fanta55 or its content and technology partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fanta55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or otherwise commercially use any part of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of Fanta55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fanta55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or losses arising from bets or wagers placed.

Fanta55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. Fanta55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Fanta55's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Fanta55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; engagement in any prohibited activity described in Section 11; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested; account inactivity as described in Section 4.3; or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real-Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Fanta55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where possible, notifying registered players by email at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanta55 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, Fanta55 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance. Our customer service team is available 24/7 and most disputes can be resolved swiftly through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority.

For disputes relating to individual bet outcomes or game results, the outcome determined by Fanta55's certified game management system or the applicable game studio's RNG shall be final and binding, save in the case of proven technical error.
